Directions

1

Make your own Furlani Garlic Texas Toast breadcrumbs: Cut 2 slices of Furlani Texas Toast into ½-inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer on parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350°F oven, stirring twice, for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy all the way through. Cool to room temperature. Place in a food processor or blender and pulse until they become crumbs. Mix in the paprika then set aside.

2

Turn the oven down to 325°F. On a large baking tray, brush the salmon with olive oil and place skin side down.

3

Coat the top of the salmon with Furlani breadcrumbs.

4

Bake salmon for 25-30 minutes until the salmon is cooked and the crust is golden brown.

5

Remove from oven and garnish with sliced lemon and parsley.

6

Serve with remaining Garlic Texas Toast (following package instructions) and lemon roasted broccolini.
