Directions

1

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

2

Separate top and bottom halves of loaf.

3

Make two horizontal cuts using a serrated knife, cut 1-inch slices vertically, making squares in bottom half of loaf, but not cutting all the way through to crust.

4

Mix cheeses together with parsley. Sprinkle half of cheese mixture onto bottom half of loaf, making sure some cheese settles into cuts.

5

Make two horizontal cuts into crust on upper half of the loaf, not cutting all the way through.

6

Cut 1-inch slices vertically, not cutting all the way through, to score top half of loaf, to create squares.

7

Place top half of loaf onto the cheese-filled bottom half of bread.

8

Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture onto top half of the loaf, gently pressing and filling in scored areas.

9

Place finished loaf on parchment-lined baking sheet.

10

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted, and the bread is crisp and golden-brown on top. Enjoy!
