Nothing brings family together quite like pull apart cheesy bread! Oozing with cheese and bursting with garlicky goodness, this is perfect match to any dinner occasion.

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Separate top and bottom halves of loaf.
Make two horizontal cuts using a serrated knife, cut 1-inch slices vertically, making squares in bottom half of loaf, but not cutting all the way through to crust.
Mix cheeses together with parsley. Sprinkle half of cheese mixture onto bottom half of loaf, making sure some cheese settles into cuts.
Make two horizontal cuts into crust on upper half of the loaf, not cutting all the way through.
Cut 1-inch slices vertically, not cutting all the way through, to score top half of loaf, to create squares.
Place top half of loaf onto the cheese-filled bottom half of bread.
Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture onto top half of the loaf, gently pressing and filling in scored areas.
Place finished loaf on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted, and the bread is crisp and golden-brown on top. Enjoy!
