Prepare the Marinade: In a small food processor, add the garlic cloves, oregano, rosemary, sweet paprika, salt and pepper, then blitz to combine. Add the white wine and lemon juice, mix, and combine. Slowly add the oil and combine. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag then add the bay leaves.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
Cover the bowl or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for better flavour.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken pieces and vegetables (optional) onto the skewers, distributing evenly. (1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of red onion, 1 piece of red pepper, 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of green pepper and I piece of chicken per skewer)

Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side until chicken is slightly charred and cooked through. To ensure the chicken is cooked, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165F (74C). Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill to let it rest.

Prepare the Garlic Bread: While the chicken is resting, prepare the Furlani Garlic Texas Toast according to the package instructions.

Assemble the Dish: Add a dollop of tzatziki sauce on the garlic toast, cucumber slices, the chicken skewer, tomatoes, and top with the onions.
