Place your Garlic Texas Toast on baking sheet and bake at 425°F for approximately 5 minutes (flipping over in between).
Take two pieces of your Garlic Texas Toast, spread red pepper aioli on one and mozzarella on the other.
Start layering the spring mix, bacon, tomatoes, red onions and… more cheese on top.
Put the sandwich together and now to create your reindeer.
For Rudolph use a baby tomato and the other reindeer a black pitted olive cut in half. Use a toothpick to keep in place until eating.
Cut a pretzel in half for the antlers and eyes for well, the eyes ?.

Dice your onion, celery, and turkey.
Remove your Garlic Texas Toast and lower your oven to 350°F.
On medium heat, melt your butter on a skillet. While the butter is melting cut your Garlic Texas Toast in cubes and place in a large bowl.
Add celery, onion, poultry seasoning, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper into the butter. Cook until tender (anywhere from 8-10 minutes). Keep stirring so nothing burns.
Add onion mixture and cooked turkey to your Garlic Texas Toast and slowly pour in your chicken broth tossing everything together.
Butter a casserole dish and place stuffing into it. Bake for 40 minutes covered and then 10 minutes uncovered. Dig in!
