Pre-heat the oven to 425°F. On a baking sheet lay down your Garlic Texas Toast.
Next, spoon tomato sauce onto each slice.
Using the cookie cutter, cut the mozzarella slices into ghost shapes. Or simply cut the mozzarella into strips. Place them on top of the toasts.
Place the olive slices on top of everything to give either your ghosts eyes and a mouth or eyes to your mummy.
Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until it’s to your liking.
