Reserve any remaining meat sauce to use as a quick pasta sauce or as sloppy joes between 2 slices of Furlani Garlic Texas Toast.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare Furlani Garlic Texas Toast according to package instructions. Remove and set aside. Reduce oven to 350°F.
Heat olive oil in a large saucepot over medium-high heat. Add the mirepoix (onion, carrots, and celery) and ground beef. Break up the beef and stir occasionally until beef has browned- around 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, beef stock, and sprinkle in crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and stir occasionally for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and use an immersion blender to create the meat sauce.
Spread one third meat sauce evenly in a 9” by 13” casserole dish. Arrange 6 Furlani Garlic Texas Toast pieces on top. Add another one third meat sauce over the garlic bread and cover with 6 slices of cheese. Layer another 6 slices of Furlani Garlic Texas Toast, spread remaining meat sauce and top with the last 6 slices of mozzarella cheese.
Place in the middle rack for and cook 30 minutes. Let cool slightly, cut into squares, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve. Buon appetito!
