How to Ovenproof a Skillet: Wrap skillet handle with several layers of foil before using as directed.
Pre-heat oven to Broil.
Heat butter in skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion, red pepper, zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Add peas and chicken.
Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, stirring 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Arrange the pieces of Furlani® garlic Texas toast on top of chicken mixture.
Broil 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes, or until bread is crisp and golden. Serve immediately.
