Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cut Furlani Garlic Texas Toast into 16 (3 inch) rounds. Place on one of the baking sheets; set aside.
Place remaining crust of bread on second baking sheet. Bake 8 to10 min. or until golden brown. Let cool. Grind down bread in food processor to make breadcrumbs. Freeze leftover crumbs for a later use.
Increase heat to 425 ºF.
Mix ground beef, onion, barbecue sauce, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Place on lined baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until done (160 ºF). Remove from oven. Top with cheese and tent with foil.
Meanwhile on second rack of oven, bake bread rounds 8 to10 min. or until golden brown.
Spread bread rounds with mayonnaise. Top one round with slider patty, add sliced pickle. Top with remaining rounds.
