Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange slices of Furlani Garlic Texas Toast on baking sheet. Bake 8 to10 min. or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Generously rub steak with seasoning. Sear steak 3 to 4 min. on either side or until medium rare (135 ºF). Let steak rest for 5 min.
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium high heat. Cook onions and garlic 5 min. or until softened. Add broth, thyme, parsley, Worcestershire and sherry. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 to10 min. Pour liquid through a fine mesh strainer, reserve the liquid and onions.
Slice beef thinly. Divide beef and onions on each of 4 slices of toast. Spoon over a little of the au jus sauce. Top with remaining toast.
In 4 small ramekins ladle au jus into each container. Serve au jus with sandwiches for dipping.
