Follow the package instructions and bake the Furlani Garlic Parm Knots. Remove from the oven and slice in half.
Slice the chicken breasts in half and using a meat mallet or bottom of a pot, pound the chicken until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
Add the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls.
Drop the chicken into the flour, followed by the egg, followed by the breadcrumbs. Make sure that the breast is completely covered on all sides.
Place an oiled non-stick pan over medium high heat and gently lay the breaded chicken onto the pan. Fry each side for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Once brown, remove from the pan and lay on a baking tray.
Cover each breaded chicken breast with 1/4 cup of tomato sauce followed by fresh mozzarella cheese.
Place chicken under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and slice into 2 pieces.
Place a piece of chicken inside each sliced Furlani Garlic Parm Knot. Secure with a toothpick and serve!
