Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).[1]
Place Furlani Texas Toast Garlic slices on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over each piece of toast.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Arrange several slices of pepperoni on each toast slice.
Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
