RECEIPT UPLOAD HELP

Furlani purchase receipt photo (or scan) must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. For longer receipts, take pictures in sections and attach each image.

Entire original store receipt must show the following:

1. Store name and location.
2. Furlani product purchase date and time.
3. Furlani product name.
4. Furlani product purchase price.

PHOTO TIPS:

Place your original receipt on a flat surface.

If your receipt is from a webpage, save the entire webpage as a PDF and upload it.

Upload photos or files in JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, or PDF format.

Files must be under 5 MB.

Blurry or unreadable images will be rejected.
